We are committed to making our tests accessible and affordable to your patients. MDxHealth’s Patient First Promise Program was created to assist patients throughout the billing process. We will work directly with each patient to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Proactive Patient Outreach

  • MDxHealth proactively communicates with patients so they know exactly what’s happening during the billing process.
  • A Welcome Letter mailed to each patient explains the MDxHealth test ordered and what to expect during the billing process. 
  • MDxHealth contacts the patient by phone if out-of-pocket expenses exceed $500.
